Version 4.0 brings several new and exciting features to the MailQueen™ Pro e-mail
campaign application. It only gets better as it adds its own internal SMTP engine as well as a new mailing list manager to create, edit and verify your mailing list files:
Internal SMTP Engine: Now you can send e-mails using the internal SMTP engine instead of having to send mail through your ISP's SMTP servers. This allows you to send mail from anywhere - even if you aren't in the office or cannot connect to an external SMTP server. However, we still recommend that you use an external SMTP server since your mailing will be sent much more quickly.
Secure SSL Support: Version 4.0 has the ability to connect to external servers using standard SSL-secured connections. This allows you to set up a secure environment when sending mail over an untrused network.
Better User Interface: Some of the windows in version 4.0 have been modified to make the mailing process even simpler.
Mailing List Manager: Version 4.0 now sports a brand new mailing list manager. This tool will let you enter your mailing list in by hand, or you can use it to open up a list exported from Excel and make quick changes. It incorporates a list verifier that will show you the records that are not formatted properly and will let you correct them and save the list.
Better CSV Support: Version 4.0 now supports text delimiters (quotes) in the mailing list, which will let you use CSV files from Excel more easily.
